Back after like, forever :P

NEWS:

-CHARLOTTE! she's quite an awesome girlfriend. I love hanging out with her (she's on the left, that was from Halloween)

-I went to regional history day with Tommy, but we didn't make it to state :/

Well, at regionals, me and Tommy showed our documentary to two judges, and it was going really well until about seven and a half minutes. The damn audio cut out!!!! So the last two minutes were me giving a speech to the silent video! They said they didn't take off any points for it, which is a good thing. I felt a little bad though, in the rush of things, I didn't let Tommy say anything, but he didn't seem to care that much.

So me, Charlotte, Marek and Adam are trying to work out a music situation, also known as a band, but we can't decide on a name. Today I came up with the name Small Town Anarchy. We're just kind of an acoustic type band. I eventually want to try a little bit of techno, but we're still gettin it together.

Up In Michigan

So it's my grandpa's 93rd birthday, so we're visiting him up here in Ironwood. It's a tiny little town, but this is where my dad grew up. Dude, my grandpa is hylarious. He has the ladies that come in and out of his house through out the day to cook meals for him and clean up. So today my dad goes "So dad, are the ladies still cookin for you?" and my grandpa goes "I've got a gun. If they don't come with food, I shoot 'em." holy crap it was freakin hysterical XD
History Day was last night, it wasn't nearly as bad as last year. Tommy and my documentary got a really good review from Mr. Haufman.
Not much to do up here in Ironwood. My mom's asleep and my dad's out at a bar with his brother.
......I'm glad I can't get pregnant, that'd suck.

Kentucky Fried Cruelty

Howdy. So I know it's been a really long time since I posted. While in between January 27th and now, some things have happened. I went to the Democratic caucus, took up the banjo, got broken up with, and watched the following video for the first time in two years. Please, I'm not a vegetarian, but I will never go to a KFC unless they made some serious changes. This is a real video, taken by undercover people from Peta. Yes, I know Peta lies sometimes, but alot of the time they tell the truth, and this is most deffinetley one of those times. So please, try and keep your eyes off the human breasts, and on the chickens'.

Well, I doubt you enjoyed it, but I hope it opened your eyes. So, if you want some fried chicken, get it somewhere else. And don't be one of those people who doesn't believe the video, it's not like that was done with a green screen.

There are thousands of injustices out there, I'm just doing my part to help bring the count down by one.

Sex Retreat

I just got back from a weekend sex retreat at Wapo with my church. It was actually really fun. When I say sex retreat, I don't mean we all had sex, it means that we learned about sex and what God intended it to be. Oh, btw guess what:
Masturbation...
NOT A SIN!!
Ah yeah homez. hehe Yeah so I signed a peice of paper between me, God and Jesus saying that I was going to wait until marrige. Yes, it will be really, really, really hard, but if I believe in myself and my relationship with Jesus Christ, then I can do it, no matter what anyone says.
God intended sex to be for married people, not strangers, not friends, not people who are in love, not even if you engaged, people who are married. Sex is meant for: 1. pleasure 2. to strenghten a marrige.
We also watched a video about sex and STDs and God. There are 30 STDs out in the world. Also, if you have slept with two or more people, you probably have an STD :P
Ever since I've strenghtened my relationship with the church and Jesus, my life has become just a little more less foggy. NO, I do not believe all the stories in the Bible are true, like Adam and Eve or Noah's Ark, I believe them to be metaphores. And, NO, that doesn't mean I'm not Christian, it means I have a different take on the Bible than other Christians.
Last night/this morning, most of the people in my cabin went out and TPd the camp site! It was hylarious at the time, but they had to clean it all up XD
Thanks for listening, you, and God.

Dear Alexa and all my Other Readers,

I regret to inform you that Alexa's mom is not well; she will be departing us soon. Although I only met her twice, I even miss her a little bit. Alexa, my heart goes out to you and your family.

Bear with me, this does relate to the topic at hand. Two weeks ago, I had a dream that my phone and camera broke. That day, in real life, my computer crashed. On Sunday night/Monday morning, in my dream my mom was killed. That day, Alexa and her mom got into the car accident. It's a very strange turn of events. Once again, Alexa, I can not explain how sorry I am. If you need me, I am most deffinetley here.

Not just today, but ever since the death of Kyle's father, I have tried to love my parents, and my neighbors in general, more than normal, because I realize that at any moment, their life could be taken from my hands, up away into the sky like a clumzy child and his favorite balloon, that no matter how much the parents say they can, he can't have a replacement, he wants that balloon back.

Love,
Colin.

NO! (May 08)

I'm ticked. The Packers aren't going to the Super Bowl. Well, at least Adam's cookies were delicious XD yeah it sounds funny, but i actually went over to his house to watch it and his mom made cookies :D
In other news, Death Cab for Cutie's coming out with a new album in MAY!!!! If anyone wants to get that for me for my birthday, I'll do it with you. Just kidding, that's amazingly creepy. But seriously, I really want that cd. It should be the epitomy of awesome music. I think if all the Beatles were still alive, they could combine to make the crazies band ever: Death Cab for Beatles. Yeah.

I'm looking to my birthday month for that cd :D

Juno

I saw Juno today with Sabina ( <3 ), Ryan, Shelby, Dana, Alex, and Emi. It was the SHIT! Seriously it was a radical movie. Some quotes:
"So, is your eggo prego?"
"That ain't no etchesketch homeskillet..."
"You hear that Juno girl's pregnant? Yeah You hear it's yours? Yeah. You should grow a mustache. I can't. Yeah me neither."

HEHE
So we went to Chipotle after cuz it was right accross the street. When my dad picked me up, I told him about the movie and that it was funny, did that last quote on the list, and it was a really good mood, you know? But then my dad goes and gives me a mini sex talk >:( Oh well, guess he's gotta squeeze those in somewhere.

Loved the movie, and Chipotle es muy delicioso!
